Sexual performance anxiety can become a major issue for men. And the more important the relationship is to you, the more anxious you may begin to feel about sex and your own performance.

When a sexual problem occurs more than once, part of you can begin to expect it to happen again, causing a conditioning effect to occur. In time, even thinking about sex can cause an anxiety response which inhibits your natural sex response. Then when you're in the bedroom, the anxiety can come back full force, which is the last thing you need when you're trying to have sex.

But the good news is that it is possible to get rid of this conditioning effect. This audiobook will will help you associate sex with the appropriate feelings and state of mind. With repeated listening you'll notice you:

  • Begin to associate sex with enjoyment instead of anxiety

  • Feel more relaxed about sexual experiences

  • Feel more confident during sex

Even though you may see immediate results, we recommend you listen at least once a day for about 3 weeks to give your mind the time it needs to rewire itself.
